If someone is having trouble breathing, swelling, severe allergic symptoms, or another urgent medical concern, seek medical help immediately.
What to include
- Order number
- Issue or concern
- Product or sample name
- Lot, batch, or repack date if available
- Photos if the issue is visible or packaging is damaged
- Whether anyone experienced an adverse reaction
What happens next
- Acknowledge the message and confirm it is being reviewed.
- Log the order, product, lot details, issue summary, photos, and any adverse reaction details.
- Quarantine matching lots when a food-safety issue is possible.
- Escalate allergen concerns or adverse reactions within 24 hours.
- Preserve emails, photos, order details, lot records, shipping records, and actions taken.
- Start a recall review if the issue could affect other customers or inventory.
